This service allows Postpaid subscribers to obtain a supplementary line, free of charge, with a discounted monthly subscription and additional 50 % discount when calling the main number and vice versa.

SMS text messaging service
This service enables you to send and receive text messages up to 70 characters in Arabic and 160 characters in English; you can send and receive SMS from and to any other mobile number, with more than 600 mobile phone network in the world.
To run this service, please follow the steps below:
- Open the menu in your device and then select "Messages" then "Message settings"
- Enter the message center phone number +96773100004 then press Save
- Now you can send or receive text messages from and to any number.
Easy Answer program
The Easy Answer is a distinguished service Questions and needed details regarding MTN services and offers are answered in both languages Arabic and English directly via SMS. Instead of calling the call center, MTN customers can easily send their enquiries via SMS to the short code 111 free of charge and get the answer at the same moment. The aim of this service is to enable MTN customers to get the answers to their inquiries in a faster way.
MTN Themar Service
The free Themar Service offered by MTN gives the opportunity to gather points according to the percent of calls and messages that were executed within the network during six months. If he didn’t profit from it, the points of the first month will be deleted and it will restart to constitute new points:

- Enter to the list of options
- Select (new call) and the current call will be directly transferred to waiting.
- Insert the required number , then press “Call”
- Select “ Collective Telephone Call”

Super Clip Service
The Super Detector Service allows you to be informed in all received calls by sending a short message, when your line is busy, closed, outside of scope of coverage or in the case of non answering.
Enter to the divert list in the Telephone and the divert number 779.
You can also divert by pressing in the following codes from left to right
- To divert when the line is outside of the coverage scope or the line is closed, call **62779#
- To divert when the line is busy call **61*779#
- To divert in the case of no answer, call **61*779#

Divert Service of Telephone Calls
This service allows you to divert your received telephone calls to another number by performing the following steps (from left to right):
- To divert when the line is outside of coverage scope call #divert number **62*
- To divert when the line is busy call ## divert number **67*
- To divert in the case of no answer call # divert number **61*
- To divert in all cases call # divert number **21*
- To cancel the divert call ##002#
In order to divert the conversation call to another telephone number you will pay the normal cost of the call.
Voice Mail Service
This service enables you to don’t miss any telephone call when your telephone is closed, your line is busy or in the case of no answer, so the caller will hear a welcome message special for you” after you saving it “.
Thus, you can listen the messages left for you. In addition, you will be informed by a short message if there is a new voice message in the Voice Mail.
Activation Service Manner:
1- To Activate the Voice Mail Box :
Call the number 123 to be enable to enter in the Voice Mail Box list, then perform the following steps:
- Insert the Welcome Message which the caller will listen to.
- Select a security number special for you which allowed you to enter to the Voice Mail Box
- Select the language which will be used in the voice respondent service.
2- To divert the received telephone calls to the Voice MailBox:
In order to be enable to divert the incoming telephone calls to your mailbox when your telephone is closed ,your line is busy or in the case of no answer ,
- Select within the telephone list the option of “calls divert “
- Divert the incoming calls according to the desired situations to the number 777
- Then, you will receive a short text message to inform you about a voice message including the number of caller and the time call.
3- To enter to the Voice MailBox and take the messages, press on the number 123, then enter your security number composed of four numbers.
4- To be able to enter to the Voice Mailbox from any other line MTN : press the number 666, insert your telephone number , the security number and you can be able to listen your voice message.
5- To enter to the Voice MailBox from the fixed network , call the number 733111123 then insert your phone number and your security number .
6- To send a voice message to another participant without calling his number phone and listening the welcome message: call the number 555, save your voice message and send it.
7- To enter to your mailbox during the international travel or from any country outside of Yemen, call the number +967733111123 , then insert your number phone and your security number .

This service enables the billing system participants to easily send and receive a fax if you connect your mobile phone to the personal computer by using the special connection or by the telephone directly, if your telephone supports this service, with a monthly subscription of 250 Yemen Riyal .
- To subscribe to this service, you should request it from the subscription list in the additional services by calling the number 111 or by visiting one of MTN branches.
- The tariff: the minute of fax sending is counted in the same tariff of the normal call.
Blacklist Mobile Service
This service allowed the billing system participants to determinate the conversation calls which they desired to ban it from their mobile telephone against any undesired use with a monthly subscription of 125 Yemen Riyal.
- To subscribe to this service, you should request it from the subscriptions list in the additional services by calling for free the number 111 or by visiting the participants’ service regions.
- You can design the kind of calls which you desire to ban by entering them to the setting list, security setting then Calls ban
The calls which can be banned are:
- All the outgoing calls
- The international calls
- The incoming calls during the international travel
Transfer the card property
If the participant wants to transfer the ownership of his card to another person, he can visit the nearest branch of MTN in the presence of another person, property confirmation documents and the personal cards of both.
Sim Card Change (Duplicate)
If any MTN participant lost or destroyed his Sim Card, he will obtain another one by visiting the nearest branch of MTN with the confirmation documents of Card ownership and his own personal cards.
It costs only 100 Riyal.
